Gabrielle & Alan are such a kind and caring couple, but also ready for a laugh. It was their infectious personalities that made me want to photograph their wedding when we first met.

The morning of the wedding was incredibly easy going and laid back, if these two had been stressed they certainly didn’t show it. While the clouds lingered and remained grey the entire day, it never rained. On the bright side, the clouds gave us that beautiful soft, even lighting that every photographer loves. After getting ready, Gabrielle and Alan met each other at Jarry park for their first look before we made our way to the wedding ceremony.

As Gabrielle and Alan exchanged their wedding vows neither could stop smiling and laughing the entire time. The ceremony was sealed with a strong passionate kiss and cheers from the crowd. Afterwards, we made our way to the old port of Montreal for some portraits.  The reception was at the rustic L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel. I can’t get enough of this charming venue.

Gabrielle and Alan, thank you for choosing me to document your special day. You two are a power couple. I wish you so much success and joy along the journey. I would also like to thank my friend Anderson de Lima for second shooting! Also, a big shout-out to Rita Wong Events for making this magical day possible.
